The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

At Nvron Life Science Ltd, we strive to ensure that all orders are shipped and delivered promptly. Our team follows a standardized shipping process to ensure timely delivery across India.

Shipping Process

For Online Orders (No Doctor Prescription Required):

  • Orders placed before 10 AM are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 10 AM are shipped on the next business day.

  • Orders are picked up by our third-party shipping aggregator and delivered within 2–4 business days, depending on location.

We operate through our main distributor warehouse located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Delivery timelines are typically:

  • 2 days within Tamil Nadu and nearby states.

  • 3–4 days in neighboring and central states.

  • Up to 6 days for remote regions such as Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India.

For Cash-On-Delivery (COD) Orders (No Doctor Prescription Required):

  • Our customer support team will call to confirm the shipping address.

  • Orders confirmed before 10 AM are shipped the same day; those confirmed after 10 AM are shipped the next business day.

  • If confirmation is pending, we attempt to contact the customer up to two more times before dispatch.

For Orders Requiring a Doctor’s Prescription:

  • Our support team will help coordinate a free doctor consultation.

  • After the consultation, the doctor will issue a prescription and modify your order if necessary.

  • If there’s a payment adjustment, the updated amount will be collected via secure payment links, or refunded if overpaid.

  • Orders are shipped the same day if the prescription process is completed before 10 AM, and the next day otherwise.

  • Standard delivery time is 2–4 days, with up to 6 days for remote areas.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India and cover most serviceable PIN codes.
 If your PIN code is not deliverable, our customer support team will get in touch with you.

Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped. Tracking will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
