Refund Policy

At Nvron Life Science Ltd, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure our products meet high standards of quality and performance. However, if you're not satisfied due to specific issues, we are happy to offer a full refund under the conditions listed below:

Full Refund is Applicable If:

  • You received a defective product.

  • The item was lost or damaged during transit.

  • The item delivered is past its expiry date.

Please Note:

  • The mode of refund will depend on your original payment method.

  • If the refund is processed to a Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. This timeline is subject to your bank’s processing policies.

  • For refunds processed to an internal wallet or store credit system, the amount will be credited within 24 hours.

How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email with the following details:

  • Your Order ID

  • A brief explanation for the refund request

  • Relevant images (if applicable)

Return Policy

We work hard to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition and matches your order. However, if you:

  • Receive an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged product,

  • You must notify Nvron Life Science Ltd's Customer Support within 7 working days of delivery to ensure a quick and fair resolution.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for delivery issues if you fail to report them within the 7-day window.

We understand there may be situations where you wish to return a product that is not defective. In such cases, we may accept returns of unopened and unused items, subject to the following conditions:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted.

  • The return request must be made within 30 working days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
